In accordance with article 14 par. (3) i) and j) of the Law No.420-XVI of 22 September 2006 on technical regulation activity (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.36-38, 141), as amended, and section 4 of Government Decree No. 37 of February 1, 2016 "on approval of the technical Regulation concerning the placing on the market of lighters which child and prohibiting the placing on the market of novelty lighters" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 25-30, 44)
ORDER:
1. To approve the list of standards related to the Technical Regulation concerning the placing on the market of lighters which child and prohibiting the placing on the market of novelty lighters, approved by Government Decision No. 37 of 1 February 2016.
2. Publish this Order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova entered into force from the date of publication.
March. Control of execution of this order to the responsibility of Mr. Valeriu Triboi, deputy minister of economy.
