(1) to (14) of the law on vine and wine No. 57-XVI of March 10, 2006 (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, no. 64-68, art. 193), with subsequent amendments, art. 22 of law No. 467-XV of November 21, 2003 on the informatization and the State information resources (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, no. 6-12, art. 44), with subsequent amendments, art. 16 of law No. 71-XVI of 22 March 2007 concerning the registers (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 70-73, art. 314), with subsequent amendments, the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve the technical Concept of the automatic information system called register of wine "(to be attached).
2. The creation and implementation of the automatic information system called register of wine "will be made from funds provided for in the State budget. Control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Ministry of agriculture and food industry.
