Pursuant to Article 23 of Law No. 64-XII of 31 May 1990 on Government Reform Strategy and to achieve regulatory framework of entrepreneurial activity for the years 2013-2020, approved by Government Decision nr.1021 of 16 December 2013:
1. Ministry of Economy, together with the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Justice will create a working group at the level of deputy ministers of the former and experienced specialists in the field of regulation of business activity, within 30 days: a
) review the regulatory framework and the administrative procedures of customs controls operations import / export documents approved by the customs Service;
B) identify the documents issued by the Customs Service that have an impact on businesses, especially regulations that establish procedures for clearance of goods, conditions and restrictions on economic customs controls operations import / export;
C) propose, as a result of analyzes performed, reviewing documents that have not been examined by the Working Group of the State Commission for regulating entrepreneurial activity or who were not registered in the register of official acts regulating activity entrepreneur, initiating procedures under the current legislative framework.
2. The Working Group may engage in activity of business representatives, members of the Working Group of the State Commission for regulating entrepreneurial activity.
March. Customs will provide the Working Group all documents governing the procedures for clearance of goods, conditions and restrictions on economic customs controls operations import / export.
4. Ministry of Economy (Chairman of the Working Group) will report to the Government until 10 April 2016 results of operations and actions to be taken to streamlining the regulatory framework in the field of customs.
