Competition Council, acting pursuant to art. 41 of the Competition Law no. 183 of 11.07.2012, article 10 of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 regarding the state aid Parliament Decision no. 179 of 07.12.2013 regarding the appointment of members of the Competition Council, Parliament Decision no. 220 of 27.09.2013 on the appointment of a member of the Competition Council,
in accordance with the Regulations on the form notification procedure for examining and taking decisions on state aid, approved by the Plenum Competition Council No. 1 of 08.30.2013, the Regulation on State aid for regional development, approved by the Competition Council No. 4 of 08.30.2013, the Regulation on State aid granted to beneficiaries for services of general economic interest Competition Council approved by Resolution No. 11 of 08.30.2013, analyzing

DECIDED:

1. He finds that the measure notified by the Village Hall Rogojeni rayon Şoldăneşti, the beneficiary of SA "Communal Services Floresti" and consisting in conveying the management of goods, constitutes State aid within the meaning of art. 3 of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 on state aid.
2. To authorize state aid for public service water supply for SA "Communal Services Floresti".
March. Rogojeni village hall, Şoldăneşti rayon, adopt until 01/04/2016 an act of awarding service water supply to meet the requirements of paragraph 12 and 13 of the Regulation on State aid for services of interest to beneficiaries general economic, approved by the Competition Council no. 11 of 30/08/2013.
4. Rogojeni village hall, Şoldăneşti rayon, shall annually submit to the Competition Council information regarding state aid covered by this Decision, to update the Registry of state aid, according to art. 19 of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 on state aid.
May. This Decision shall enter into force upon adoption.
June. The operative part of this decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
