Pursuant to the provisions of art. 8 para. (1) (a). f), art. 53 of law No. 124 from December 23, with respect to electricity, the methodology of calculation, approval and adjustment of tariffs for electricity distribution and regulated tariffs for electricity supply, approved by Decision of the Administrative Council of NAER nr. 497 from 20.12.2012, with a view to opening up the electricity market and in order to ensure the supply, reliably and at minimal cost, to provide consumers with electricity, the Administrative Council of the National Agency for energy regulation DECIDES: 1. Approving the tariffs for the distribution of electricity provided by the Î.c.s "RED Union Fenosa, S.A.," RED "and" Northern RED Nord-Vest " , differentiated according to the voltage level electric distribution networks, according to the annex. 1.2. It approves the tariffs regulated by the supply of electricity by Gas Natural Fenosa î.c.s. "Energy Supply" S.R.L. and Electricity Supply JSC "Nord", differentiated according to the cutoff points or places of final consumers, according to the annex 2.
3. The Council Decision shall be repealed by the Management Board of the AGENCY No. 153/2015 of 18 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 197-205/1344 from 31.07.2015).
4. this decision shall enter into force on 1 April 2016.

Note:
1. For consumers noncasnici, which have the appropriate measuring equipment, payment for consumed electricity at differentiated rates, according to the times:
-between the hours of: 10-17, 20-22 in the quarters I and IV; from 10-20 in quarters and III of 1.0-coefficient from the set;
-during peak hours: 7-10, 17-20 in quarters I and IV; during peak hours of 7-10, 20-22 in the quarter II and III of the year-coefficient 1.6 from the set;
-in night hours 22-7 throughout the year with 0.6-coefficient from the set.
For households that have the appropriate measuring equipment, payment for electricity consumption in the wee hours of the night (from 22 to 6) is carried out with 0.6 coefficient from the set.
These provisions are valid only when purchasing contracts signed by the electricity supplier and the contract between the supplier and the end user include such clauses.
2. Consumers with the power of noncasnici allowed 50 kVA and more monthly energy consumption and active 10 000 kWh and more technological consumption will compensate for the supplier in distribution networks, depending on the power factor value in its use. Criteria for determining the consumers will pay the consumption in the distribution network and payment conditions are indicated in the "Instruction for calculating the consumption of electricity in technological distribution network depending on the power factor value in the use of consumers".
