2. Approves for the year 2016 regulated profitability necessary to be obtained by the supplier а S.A. "Electricity supply to the North" of the electricity supply in size 16 150 thousand lei.

Where the level of return regulated, approved in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2, will exceed 1.5% of the cost of electricity supplied to the updating of tariffs regulated by the electricity supply, profitability will be adjusted based on the percentage value of 1.5% of the cost of the electricity supplied.
