Pursuant to article 1. 43 of Act No. 1525-XIII from February 19, 1998, concerning the energy of art. 9 para. (6) of law No. 92 of 29 may 2014 regarding heat and promoting cogeneration and of art. 7 para. (4) of law No. 303 13 December 2013 on service to the public water supply and sewerage systems, the Parliament has adopted the following decision.
Art. 1.-Budget National Agency for energy regulation for the year 2016 is approved for revenue in the amount of 30411.4 thou lei and expenses in the amount of 38620.2 lei, with a deficit of 8208.8 thousand lei, which will be covered from the balance of funds accumulated in the year 2015.
Art. 2.-regulatory payments established and levied by the National Agency for energy regulation in the year 2016 are approved at 0.09 percent, according to the annex.
Art. 3.-during the execution of the budget, the National Agency for energy regulation has the right to make changes in the structure of expenditure within the limits of the budget approved by the present resolution, with the exception of expenses for labor recovery works.
Art. 4.-the salary of each of the five directors of the Board of Directors of the National Agency for energy regulation will not exceed the amount of the monthly average wages of 4 employees of the Agency.
Art. 5.-the Commission for economy, budget and Finance Committee of Parliament will exercise control over the execution of this judgment.
Art. 6.-This decision shall enter into force as of 1 January 2016.
