Pursuant to art. 23 para. (3) of Law no. 548-XIII of 21 July 1995 on the National Bank of Moldova, taking note of the results of the competition and the Commission's decision to select the candidate for Governor of the National Bank of Moldova,
Parliament adopts this decision.
Art. 1. - Mr. Sergiu undertaker is called the Governor of the National Bank for a term of 7 years starting from April 11, 2016.
Art. 2 - This decision shall enter into force upon adoption.
