    Pursuant to the provisions of article 14 paragraph 1. (1) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (3) (b) (i)) of the law on technical regulation activity no. 420-XVI of 22 December 2006, on the basis of recommendations by the National Institute of Standardization (letter No. 02-11/601 of 22 august 2015), and taking into consideration the point 37 of Roadworthy "radio equipment, telecommunications terminal equipment and the recognition of their conformity", approved by Government decision No. 1274 of 23 November 2007 in order to establish a transitional period for the application of national standards (GOST) on the application of standards incorporating European standards by the Moldovan , ORDON: 1. The list of national standards GOST (is attached), which confers a presumption of conformity with the essential requirements laid down in chapter. V, point 8 of the technical regulation "radio equipment, telecommunications terminal equipment and the recognition of their conformity", in addition to the list of related standards approved by the Ministry of information and Communication Technology No. 87 of 29 October 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 306-310, 2237).
2. It is established until 1 January 2018 transition period for use of the national standards (GOST) until the implementation of the Moldovan standards, incorporating European standards.
3. During the transitional period referred to in paragraph 2, the conformity assessment bodies products in the field of information and communication technology will assess the compliance of electronic communications equipment being made available on the market with the requirements of the applicable standards according to the list of related standards approved by order of the Ministry of information and Communication Technology No. 87 of October 29, 2015 or the list referred to in point 1.
4. It is recommended that the conformity assessment bodies to undertake measures to implement progressively standards and cessation of use of GOST standards within the time limit referred to in item 2.
5. After the expiry of the transitional period referred to in paragraph 2, will benefit from the presumption of conformity only on products which comply with the provisions of the standards from the list of related standards approved by the Ministry of information and Communication Technology No. 87 of 29 October 2015.
6. technical regulation and standardization Service will ensure the publication of this Order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and will place it on the official web-page of the Ministry of information and Communication Technology.
7. This order comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
