Published: 25.03.2016 in Official Gazette No. 69-77 art no: 461 Through letter No. 03-53 dated February 22, 2016, the Bureau of interethnic relations in the Republic of Moldova of the electronic media watchdog CCA submitted for further consideration and endorsement of the decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova project "regarding the approval of the strategy of integration of national minorities in the Republic of Moldova (2016-2025)".
Project subject to approval represents a key policy document and establishes long-term objectives (10 years) and tasks concerning participation in public life of national minorities, facilitate intercultural dialogue, strengthening civic identity in relation to the State of the Republic of Moldova, ensuring the necessary conditions for the study and implementation of the State language by all citizens, including those who are non-native adults, promoting national minority languages, ensuring access to information and national minority media in their languages as well as promoting diversity in society.
The draft strategy was changed and the electronic media watchdog CCA submitted for an opinion a second time, the first time being set out medium-term objectives (6 years), for the period 2015-2020.
How the media component, no significant changes have been identified, strategic directions, specific objectives and expected results are the same.
In the current draft of the strategy, the phrase "national media is based largely on content abroad since domestic production capacities are reduced ' does not contain the phrase:" in spite of the relatively high quotas allocated for national production ", present in the previous project.
As a result of the public debate on the basis of the provisions of art. 39-41 of the broadcasting code no. from 260 of BCC is supervised, approved by Decision No. 433 from 28.12.2006 the Moldovan audiovisual Coordinating Council DECIDES: 1. To approve and to present the opinion of the Bureau for interethnic relations in Republic of Moldova the draft Government decision "regarding the approval of the strategy of integration of national minorities in the Republic of Moldova (2016-2025)" (PRO-(8)-UNANIMOUS hammer, c. MÎŢU, Iu. CARLSON, M., AN OBI-HADIRCA. BARBALATA, A. CASTILLO, O. GUŢUŢUI, D. VALENTINO).
2. control of the execution of this decision it is engaged in the service of foreign relations and European integration.
3. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
