The Commission for the approval of collective management organizations economic rights of the author and/or linked from within the State Agency for intellectual property created and convened pursuant to General Order No. 234-1 29.12.2015, acting pursuant to article 48 of law No. 139 of 02.07.2010 on copyright and related rights, article 7 para. (2) (a). s) of law No. 114 of 03.07.2014 with respect to the State Agency for intellectual property;
taking into account the fact that the decision to issue the opinion of ANPCI from 21.10.2011 has not produced any legal effects, without being published, on the grounds that the ANPCI was approved as a collective management organization by the decision of AGEPI No.1/57 from 12.01.2012 (Official Gazette No. 16-18 of 20.01.2012), have been repealed at the time by decision No 11/CCI RM. 107 of 25.01.2016 (Official Gazette No. 20-24 29.01.2016) , DECIDES: 1. it cancels the decision to issue the opinion of the National Association for the protection of Intellectual Creation (ANPCI) from 21.10.2011.
2. Undertakes to repay the ANPCI opinion issued on the basis of decision 21.10.2011 within 3 working days from the time the knowledge of this decision as devoid of any legal effect.
3. this decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of AGEPI.
