Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (3) and article 3. 20 paragraph 1. (4) of law No. 1104-XV of 6 June 2002 with regard to the National Centre, the Parliament adopted this resolution.
Art. 1.-to approve the List of functions: a) within the National Anti-corruption Center and special grades correspond to them, according to the annex. 1;
b) correspondence of military ranks and those with special grades of National Anti-corruption Center, according to the annex. 2. Art. 2.-the approval and, if necessary, modifying the schema of employment of staff of the National Centre for anti-corruption will be used exclusively for headlines and special grades functions corresponding, in accordance with the annex. 1. Art. 3.-Hiring or appointing employees in positions for which they are conferred special degrees will be performed in accordance with the law No. 1104-XV of 6 June 2002 with regard to Anti-corruption and National Center of this judgment.
Art. 4.-According to the position held, National Anti-corruption Center employees may confer maximum special grades included in the annex. 1.
