Pursuant to article 1. 7 para. (3) of law No. 1104-XV of 6 June 2002 with regard to the National Centre, the Parliament adopted this resolution.
Art. 1.-is approved: a) structure the central apparatus of the National Centre, according to the annex. 1;
b List of territorial subdivisions) National Centre, according to the annex. 2;
c) residence and the territorial subdivisions of the National Centre, according to the annex. 3. Art. 2.-it sets up maximum staff of the national centre of 350 Anti-corruption units, of which: a) maximum staff of central apparatus-280 units, including assistants-4 units;
b) maximum staff of territorial subdivisions-70 units.
