(1) to (2) of law No. 150 from 17.07.2014 regarding the approval of the road transport Code, art. 8 lit. c) of law No. 109 from 19.06.2014 for the modification and completion of some legislative acts, as well as the Government decision No. 18.11.2011 695 from approving, structure and maximum personnel of the Ministry of transport and Infra-structure of roads, and in furtherance of a single State policy in the field of continuous vocational training, I HEREBY ORDER: 1. Annex 2. "Theme and the indicative allocation of the hours" at the behest of the Ministry of transport and road infrastructure No. 9 of 10.02.2015 shall be filled in accordance with the Annex.
2. The National Transportation Agency shall ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. This order comes into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
4. Control over fulfilment of the present order is put in charge of Mr. Sergei Baig, Deputy Minister of transport and road infrastructure.
