Pursuant to section 1 of Government decision No. 1759 from 31 December 2002 "With respect to the Republic of Moldova plenipotentiary representatives in the Committee on Economic Affairs to the Council of the C.S.I. and the Office for the coordination of the fight against organized crime and other dangerous crimes in the territory of the Member States ' C.S.I. ' (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, nr. 206-208, 1914), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: recall Mrs. Svetlana Baker from the post of Minister-Counselor, plenipotentiary representative of Moldova to the Committee on Economic Affairs to the Council of the Commonwealth of independent States, from the date of expiry of the fact-finding mission.
