In order to achieve the investment Agreement "regarding the international free port" Giurgiulesti ", approved by law No. 7 of 17 February 15th 2005 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005 No. 36-38, article 114): 1. Appoints Mr. Octavian CALMAC, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of economy, as Government representative within the top so-called investment agreement.
2. Public authorities will provide the necessary support to the Government representative in the exercise of the functions conferred on it.
