Superior Council of Magistracy

DECISION R A S TE:

1. Riscani Court accepted the request of the President, mun. Chisinau, Oleg Melniciuc concerning the extension of the temporary transfer of Orhei Court judge Aurelius Post.
2. It extends the period of transfer Judges Orhei, Aurelius post to Râşcani District, mun. Chisinau, 6 months, starting from April 24, 2016.
3. A copy of this decision shall be sent for information and enforcement Râşcani District, mun. Chisinau and Orhei Court.
4. This decision shall be published on the website of the Superior Council of Magistracy (www.csm.md) and the statement shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
