Given the dual capacity of CCA, the guarantor of public interest and the single regulator in broadcasting,
Considering that incumbent powers by law to issue decisions as rules regulatory obligations
to implement the national action Plan for the implementation of the Association Agreement Moldova - European Union for the years 2014-2016,
Broadcasting Coordinating Council proposes for consideration and public consultation draft law amending and the broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006 and respectfully requests all interested parties presenting suggestions and recommendations to the project, including electronic address: office@cca.md.

In accordance with the Broadcasting Code, the Law on transparency in decision making, the Statute ACC Audiovisual Coordinating Council

DECIDED:

1. To approve the conceptual draft law amending and supplementing the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006 (Annex) (PRO - (6) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, N. DAMASCHIN, C. bribery, M. and D. ONCEANU-Hadirca VICOL).
2. A project send Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Parliamentary Committee.
March. Control over execution of this Decision shall exercise general direction licensing, authorization and monitoring.
4. This project will be published on the BCC website.
