By letter no. 01-85 dated March 10, 2016, Bureau of Interethnic Relations in Moldova CCA submitted for review and comment the draft Action Plan to support the Roma population in Moldova for the years 2016-2020.
The project under consideration is expressly provided for in the National Action Plan for the implementation of the Association Agreement Moldova - European Union for the years 2014-2016, aiming to promote Roma inclusion and improving the situation of Roma in Moldova.
Draft Action Plan proposes specific measures, targets and indicators to six priority areas: 1) education; 2) employment and social protection; 3) health; 4) housing and community development; 5) Roma participation in decision making and combating discrimination; 6) monitoring the implementation of the Action Plan.
Also in The plan is targeted and the Broadcasting Coordinating Council, responsible for implementing the measures no. 70. "Continuous monitoring of print and electronic media and developing analytical annual reports on time / space allotted to the Roma community" and no. 71. "The assistance and support in building the capacity of journalists on covering unbiased and objective information from the Roma community".
Following the public debate on the nominated project, based on Art. No 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code. 260 of 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA, approved by Decision no. 433 dated 28.12.2006 of the Parliament of Moldova, the Coordinating Council of Audiovisual DECIDED
:

1. To approve and present Bureau of Interethnic Relations Opinion on the draft Action Plan to support the Roma population in Moldova for the years 2016-2020 (PRO - (6) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, N.DAMASCHIN, C. bribery, M. and D. ONCEANU-Hadirca VICOL).
2. Control over execution of this Decision exercised External Relations and European Integration Service.
March. This Decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and the BCC website.
