Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Law on state enterprise no. 146-XIII of 16 June 1994 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, no. 2, art. 9), as amended, shall be supplemented with Chapter V as follows:

"Chapter VDEZVĂLUIREA INFORMATION BY BUSINESS

Article 15. General provisions on disclosure
Information
provisions of this chapter shall apply to firms which carry out the audit of annual financial statements in accordance with art. 131 of this law.

Disclosure Article 16. (1) The company is obliged to publish its annual report until May 30 of the year following the reporting year and take necessary measures for the report to remain publicly available for a period at least three years on its website and on public administration authority which it is or who is a founder of it.
(2) the company's annual report shall contain at least:
a) the annual financial statements, including the emoluments of the members of the administrative, management and supervisory other liabilities incurred or assumed in relation to pensions of current or former members of these organs, by category;
B) the activity report of management;
C) a correct and complete description of company development and its economic and financial performance, as well as a description of the main risks that it faces.
(3) With the publication of its annual report, the company will publish full and audited report.
(4) The company believes that the annual report is made public if it is placed in electronic form on its website and on public administration authority which it is or who is a founder of the company. "
Art. II. - The annual reports of enterprises for 2015 will be published under this law, until the date of 1 July 2016.
