The purposes of the work of establishing contraventions provided by art.3192 and art.349 par. (5) of the Offences Code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by Law No. 218-XVI from 24.10.2008, under Article 7, Art. 14 (1) d), art. 15 (2) and para. (4) and Article 26. (2) e) of the Law Court nr.261- XVI from 05.12.2008, the Court hereby:
1. To approve:
Regulation on finding the facts offenses in public external audit in accordance with Annex 1;
Form of the minutes of the determination offense according to appendix. 2.
2. The person responsible for keeping the Register of evidence of the reports on contraventions of the Legal Division shall be appointed by the administrative act.
March. This decision appears to the Court of Accounts staff by the General methodology, planning and analysis.
4. This decision and form of the protocol on offense finding is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
May. Court Decision is repealed no.51 of 11.17.2014 "On Approval of Minutes form on finding the contravention".
