In order to ensure effective interaction between state institutions:
1. It establishes the Moldovan government, the Standing Committee to monitor cases of high social interest.
2. The Committee is a communication platform partnership-type unincorporated, within which discuss, inform, assess and monitor issues of social cases increased under the management of state institutions.
March. Committee participates in meetings of Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Finance. At necessity, given the complexity of the cases discussed at meetings of the Committee may be invited to consult the National Anticorruption Center director, of the Intelligence and Security, the Attorney General, Governor of the National Bank and other state leaders.
4. Thematic Committee shall hold meetings at least once a month or as needed.
May. Committee:
will coordinate and ensure interaction between state institutions for the effective and operative cases of increased social interest;
Will identify impediments in the process of interaction between the state and take the necessary steps to overcome them;
Will monitor the implementation and management of activities coordinated actions that are necessary to manage cases of increased social interest;
Will decide on permanent communication channels;
Will discuss aspects of risk factors that may affect social and economic stability;
Will examine proposals on improving the legal framework in order to avoid instances of situations directly linked to increased cases of social interest;
Will provide information to citizens on the management of social situations increased and the measures taken or to be taken;
Will help to promote the rule of law and fundamental human rights.
June. Committee decisions are recommendations for authorities and institutions concerned and be implemented in accordance with their competence established by law.
