Drăgăneşti municipal council, by decision no. 8/11 of 18 December 2015 raised about absence without valid reason from three consecutive meetings of the Board, Vladimir Nicolae mandates councilors elected on the list of Democratic Party and chose Sergei Balamatiuc list of the Party of Communists. Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) and 133 para.
