By decision no. 4445 of 11 January 2016, the Central Election Commission has raised in connection with the incompatibility of functions, the mandate of the elected list Ilcu Tamara Communist Party of Moldova Glodeni District Council.

pursuant to art. 18 para. (2), paragraph 133. (12) of the Electoral Code 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It assigns council mandate in Glodeni District Council Valeriu Storm alternate candidate on the list of the Party of Communists.
2. The storm is preavizează Valeriu adviser on the obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
March. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
