Transmitted, free of charge, in agreement with the Local Council Slobozia-Duşca Criuleni district of state ownership, the management of the State Enterprise "Centre for State Information Resources" Registry "(founder - Ministry of Information Technology and Communications) in property public administrative-territorial unit Slobozia-Duşca, Criuleni car LADA 21310, XTA21310060076363 body number, engine number 8.50804 million, year of manufacture 2006.
2. Transmission mode of transport will be carried out according to the Regulation on the mode of transmission of public property, approved by Government Decision no. 901 of December 31, 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, Article 2).
