Town Council Secretary Briceni Briceni, the Central Election Commission submitted the resignation of councilor elected on the list Malenco Alexander political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" and documents necessary mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the office of councilor in the Town Council Briceni lies Vatamaniuc Eduard alternate candidate on the list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", confirmed by the Court's judgment of June 29, 2015 Briceni .
pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with section. 11:29 p.m. of Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, Alexander Malenco mandate of the elected list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" in Briceni Town Council.
2. Counselor is assigned mandate City Council Briceni Briceni, Eduard Vatamaniuc alternate candidate on the list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
