Pursuant to article 36, paragraph 2. (1) letter b) of the law of public finances and budgetary-fiscal responsibility no. 181 of 25 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 223-230, art. 519), with subsequent amendments and additions, and of section 6 of the regulation on the management of the Government's emergency funds, approved by Government decision No. 862 of 18 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 347-360, 967), the Government DECIDES: 1. Ministry of finance will allocate the intervention fund, the Ministry of culture 430 000 lei for the procurement and installation of the boiler heating at high school-Lyceum "Serghei Rachmaninov" of mun. Chişinău.
2. The Ministry of culture, as a beneficiary of the means allocated, will perfect in the established manner, documents necessary for financing the expenditure in question.
3. The Ministry of finance will finance expenditure and will run the accounts as submission to the State Treasury.
