Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. o), article 22, para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities programs: 1.1 previous Restructuring shares of the company limited by shares "WATER CHANNEL" (NISPORENI Alexandru cel Bun str. 68, or. Nisporeni, 1015609000875) on WHOSE BEHALF by increasing the nominal value of an ordinary nominative shares from 100 to 1300 lei lei account turnovers. The share capital of the company after the restructuring of the broadcasts will be subdivided into 550 715000 lei ordinary nominative shares with a nominal value of 1300 lei with the State registration number MD14PORE1007.
1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities of the company limited by shares "ALSO PAINTED sugar" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1002602001309) with a number of 3553936 ordinary nominative shares with the State registration number MD14GLOZ1009 as a result of the liquidation.
2. point 1.1 of this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. point 1.2 of the present decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
