    The Central Election Commission received applications for resignation of councilors Rahman Idris and Gheorghe Chirila, elected on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova in the communal Council of Lăpușna, Raion Hîncești, as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the terms of the communal Council Also incumbent candidates and alternates Majid Sultan Lage party Tudor of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court of 22 June 2015 Hîncești. Amounts in connection with the resignation of councilors, Rahimpour mandates and Gheorghe Ion Chirilă elected on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova in the communal Council Also.

3. the preavizează advisors Lagacé and Sultan Majid Tudor on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
