Published: 09.09.2016 in Official Gazette No. 293-305 art no: 1471 date of entry into force: 09.08.2016 Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta in the Republic of Moldova has made a Central Electoral Commission for the accreditation of a person as an international observer to monitor the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and 63 para. (3), (6) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with sections 5 and 15 of the Regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. Accrediting as international observer, Mr. Peter Canisius von Canisius (a citizen of the Republic of Austria, passport No., etc.) in order to monitor the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016 on the part of the Sovereign Order of Malta Embassy in Moldova.
2. In its work the person accredited will be guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the electoral code and the regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, as well as international treaties to which Moldova is a party.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, in compliance with the provisions of the law on protection of personal data.
