concerning the initiation of negotiations on the draft agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Latvia in the field of social security

(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and of art. 7 and 8 of the law on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova, the Moldovan President d e c r e t e z: Art. 1.-initiates negotiations on the draft agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Latvia in the field of social security.
Art. 2.-It designates and empowers to be official delegation negotiating the agreement between Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Latvia in the field of social security is composed of the following:-delegation Leader Elena SAGAIDASHINA-head of Department, Directorate of social security policy, Ministry of labour, social protection and family Members of the delegation: MAGYAR Oxana-consultant in the pensions and allowances, social security policy Directorate The Ministry of labour, Family and social protection Impey as Chief CHARLOTTE-Directorate-General for international relations, bilateral communication, and national social security MIHAEȘ-head of the Directorate General, Directorate of legislation, supervision and inspection legislation for social rights, National Social Insurance House POLENTA n Deputy director, National Board for determination of Dizabilității and work capacity ȘEREMET Inga-Secretary Embassy of the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Latvia CELAN v Third Secretary, international law Directorate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration.
Art. 3.-Ms. Maitha-SAGAIDASHINA, Chief of the political Directorate, social insurance, Ministry of labor, social protection and family, the head of the delegation, it empowers for signing the minutes of the negotiations and the initialling of the text negotiated the agreement.
