In accordance with the provisions of article 10 of law No. 354-XV of 28 October 2004 regarding the formation of real estate (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, nr. 999, 233-236), as amended and supplemented, and art. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). ¹) and of art. 14 of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. Commits itself to form the Ministry of defence, through the separation, an independent land with the area of 1.5 hectares of land account with 7.123 ha area, with land register reference 0100,515,254, public property, located in the Chisinau municipality. Chisinau, Vasile Lupu str., nr. 28.2. It transmits the service of protection and State Guard real estate-new format of 1.5 hectares, as provided for in paragraph 1 of this decision, in accordance with the regulation on mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
3. Land relations and cadastre Agency will carry out cadastral documentation modification at the request of the holder of the right, in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force and of the present judgment.
