For the purpose of checking compliance with the legislation in the field of savings and loan associations by A.E.Î. "HILIUŢI, RÎŞCANI" (the village of Râșcani, district Hiliuţi ISSUED IDNO 1004602010639) in accordance with the action plan of the National Commission of financial market for the year 2017, under article 8, subparagraph (a). f), art. 21. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (3) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 117-126 BIS), art. 46 para. (1) paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (5) of the law on savings and loan associations no. 139-XVI from 21.06.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 112-116, art. 506), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREDECIDE MARKET: 1. it initiates a complex control regarding compliance with legislation in the field of savings and loan associations by A.E.Î. "HILIUŢI, RÎŞCANI" for period of activity 01.08.2014-30.04.2017.
2. monitoring will be carried out by employees of the National Commission for financial market, appointed by order of the President of the National Commission of financial market.
3. A.E.Î. "HILIUŢI, RÎŞCANI" will ensure the access control group members to all documents and other sources of information necessary for supervision.
4. this Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of financial market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
