Pursuant to article 1. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). A1) and 14. (1) (a). c) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. shall provide, free of charge, from the management of the Directorate-General for the administration of Government buildings in the Republic of Moldova President apparatus management, administrative buildings in the Chisinau municipality. Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare monument 154, with surface of 1360.2 m2 (cadastral number 0100519.224.01), 817.0 m2 (cadastral number 0100519.224.02), 810.4 m2 (cadastral number 0100519.224.03), and the related land, with the area of 1.2449 ha (cadastral number 0100,519,224), owned by the State.
2. the transmission of real estate shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
3. Land relations and cadastre Agency, at the request of the holder of the registration law, will ensure the entitlement of real estate in the real estate registry, as required by law.
