Published: 25.04.2017 in Official Gazette No. 133 art no: 314 In order to implement the social assistance Law. 547-XV of 25 December 2003 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, no. 42-44, art. 249), with subsequent amendments and additions, the law No. 123 of 18 June 2010 in respect of social services (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 155-158, art. 541) and its subsequent amendments, and the Government decision nr. 890 of 20 July 2016 "regarding the approval of the Government's action plan for the years 2016-2018" (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 2016, 217-229, 966), Government DECIDES: 1. to approve: the framework regulation on the organisation and functioning of social services for consumers of psychoactive substances and substitution therapy patients, according to the annex. 1;
Minimum quality standards for services rendered in the framework of integrated social service for consumers of psychoactive substances and substitution therapy patients, according to the annex. 2.2. Service providers will approve its own rules of organization and functioning on the basis of the framework regulation.
3. expenditure relating to the organisation and functioning of social services for consumers of psychoactive substances and substitution therapy patients will be borne by the service providers and will be carried out within the limits of the appropriations provided for in the respective annual budgets and other sources, as required by law.
4. Service providers will present their territorial structure of social assistance annual activity report on the results obtained up to the date of 30 January of the year following the year of discharge.
5. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Ministry of labour, social protection and family.
