Examining the matter regarding the announcement of the competition to fill the function of judge in the Court of Cimișlia (seat of the Basarabeasca), taking note of the information of Mr. Teo Cârnaț, the plenum of the Supreme Council of Magistracy, pursuant to art. 9 of the law on the status of the judge, art. 4, 81, 24 and 25 of the law on the Superior Council of Magistracy, DECIDES: 1. Looks to fill vacant civil service competition judge at the regional court in Cimișlia (seat of the Basarabeasca).
2. Applicants may submit applications to participate in the contest at the Superior Council of Magistracy within 20 days from the date of publication of the decision in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. Candidates shall submit applications for participation in the contest in accordance with the provisions of the regulation relating to the register of participants in the contest winners of the judge, the President or Vice-President of the Court, approved by Resolution MSC No. 418/17 of 2 June 2015, published in Monitorul Oficial nr. 247-252 from 04.09.2015.

5. this decision may be appealed to the Supreme Court of Justice of any interested person, within 15 days after notification, only the part that concerns the procedure for issuing/adoption.
6. The decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the higher magistrates Council (www.csm.md).
