Published: 19.05.2017 in Official Gazette No. 155-161 art No.: 930 plenum of the Superior Council of Magistracy, art.7. 9 of the law on the status of judges and the art. 4, 17, 24 and 25 of the law on the Superior Council of Magistracy, DECIDES: 1. refuse the application of Mr. Oleg Hothead on the proposal by the President of the Republic of Moldova to be repeated to be appointed Vice-President of the Court.
2. Announcing the contest to fill the function of Vice-President of the Court.
3. Candidates shall submit applications for participation in the contest to the Superior Council of magistrates, within 20 days from the statement date of publication of this decision in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
4. Candidates will submit applications for participation in the contest in accordance with the provisions of the regulation relating to the register of participants in the contest winners of the judge, the President or Vice-President of the Court, approved by Resolution MSC No. 418/17 of 2 June 2015, published in Monitorul Oficial nr. 247-252 of 4 September 2015.
5. this decision may be appealed to the Supreme Court by any interested person, within 15 days after notification, only the part that concerns the procedure for issuing/adoption.
6. The decision shall be published on the website of the Superior Council of Magistracy, and extract-Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
