The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I.-the law on vine and wine No. 57/2006 (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, no. 64-68, art. 193), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended as follows: 1. In article 2, the term "wine" shall read as follows: "food wine obtained exclusively by alcoholic fermentation, total or partial, of fresh grapes times, either freeze, or fresh grape must;".
2. In article 13, paragraph (2) shall read as follows: "(2) wines are classified as follows: a) wine with protected designation of origin;
b) come with a protected geographical indication;
c) come without protected designation of origin and a protected geographical indication without, but with the designation of the variety, called varietal wine;
d) come without protected designation of origin, protected geographical indication without and without naming the variety called wine. "
3. Article 23 shall read as follows: "Article 23. Placing on the market of wine products intended for direct human consumption of wine Products (1) intended for direct human consumption, must be placed on the market unless they satisfy the requirements laid down by this law and by the technical regulations approved by the Government and are subject to conformity assessment according to art. 35. (2) wine products with protected designation of origin or with a protected geographical indication, intended for direct human consumption shall be placed on the market only in bottles. Bulk delivery of wine products with protected designation of origin or with a protected geographical indication may be made only between Member associations units wine producers in the defined geographical area and under the supervision of national Office of vine and wine.
(3) the marketing of wine products intended for direct human consumption shall be carried out by the operators through wholesale and retail trade, in accordance with the conditions and procedure laid down by this law and by the law nr. 1100/2000 with respect to the manufacture and circulation of ethyl alcohol and alcohol production.
(4) the economic agents in the marketing of wine products can sell wholesale products, wine-based aromatized wine must and packed products only if: (a) registered in the register) for wine;
b) hold property or in lease deposits of construction capital with an area of at least 200 m2 covered and fenced, equipped with computerized record-keeping systems and intended exclusively for the preservation of those products.
(5) the economic agents can market retail wine products obtained on the basis of mash and flavoured wine products only if: (a) the functioning authorization) hold, issued by the local public administration authority for the first;
b) have, on any basis, of commercial space with a surface of at least 20 m2;
c) have personnel involved directly in the business of marketing, with over 18 years of age.
(6) it is prohibited to retail of wine products obtained on the basis of must and wine flavoured products: a) through the network of Peddler (carts, trailers, tanks, vehicles, auto, etc.), except in the areas of exhibition established by public authorities of local public administration in national and traditional holidays;
b) in kiosks, pavilions and other trade points that do not have commercial space with a surface of at least 20 m2;
(c) educational institutions), including those in pre-school, in hostels for pupils and students in medical institutions in enterprises and on the construction sites and repair;
d) objectives and their corresponding territory, sports grounds;
e) near the buildings of worship within a RADIUS set by local public administration authorities in consultation with representatives of religious denominations;
f) in cemeteries, prisons, military establishments and the arsenale;
g) people who have not reached the age of 18 years. "
Art. II.-Law nr. 1100/2000 with respect to the manufacture and circulation of ethyl alcohol and alcohol production (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 98-99, art. 293), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended as follows: 1. In article 1, the notions "alcohol production" and "alcoholic beverage" shall read as follows: "alcohol production-food products intended for human consumption, having a concentration of alcohol of more than 1.5% by volume;
alcoholic beverages-alcohol production intended for human consumption, having specific organoleptic characteristics and an actual alcoholic strength of not less than 15% by volume, brewed or of a distillate of agricultural origin or ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin, or from them, with or without the addition of juices, infusions, morse, extracts, products containing sugar, natural flavors or aromatic substances, water and other ingredients to conditional either solely from natural ingredients; ".
2. In article 2, paragraph (1) shall read as follows: "(1) this Act establishes the legal framework, administrative controls and quality assurance in the field of the manufacture and circulation of ethyl alcohol and alcohol production, with the exception of wine products obtained on the basis of mash and flavoured wine products for the purposes of the law on vine and wine No. 57/2006. "
3. In article 3, paragraph 1 shall read as follows: "1. this law governs the relations that arise in the field of the manufacture and circulation of ethyl alcohol and alcohol production, with the exception of wine products obtained on the basis of mash and flavoured wine products for the purposes of the law on vine and wine No. 57/2006, and is binding on all subjects. "
Art. III.-in article 8 (1) of law No. 451/2001 on regulation through licensing of entrepreneurial activity (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), as amended and supplemented, paragraph 7) shall read as follows:

"7) manufacture of ethyl alcohol, beer and spirits, except for wine products obtained on the base of mash and flavoured wine products for the purposes of the law on vine and wine No. 57/2006, and/or storage, wholesale of alcohol, beer and spirits, except for wine products obtained on the base of mash and flavoured wine products for the purposes of the law on vine and wine No. 57/2006, produced by domestic producers; ".
Art. IV.-this law enters into force after expiry of a period of 30 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
