S.r.l., as a founding member of the radio broadcast service of programs about serviceofficer land (broadcasting) "Maestro FM", and "MEDIA CONTENT DISTRIBUTION" S.R.L. have asked media watchdog CCA emission licence assignment series AC nr. 000092 from 06.05.2010, frequencies: 97.70 MHz-Chișinău; 104.7 MHz-Cahul and Balti 91.00 MHz-from "RADIO MEDIA GROUP Inc." S.r.l. "MEDIA CONTENT DISTRIBUTION", issuing the licence S.R.L. emission radio station broadcast programs about service serviceofficer land (broadcasting) FM "Maestro".
Assignor assignee guarantees to provide equipment and technical equipment necessary for the dissemination of service programs, and the assignee assumes all obligations arising under the licence.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 23, 26, 27 and 39-41 from the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised, of status, of art. 18, 19, 25, 28 of the regulation on the procedures and conditions for issuing licences and retransmission authorisations, approved by Decision No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, and documents submitted by the undertakings, the audiovisual Coordinating Council DECIDES: 1. To accept the request for transfer f/No. of 28 February 2017 emission licence series AC nr. 000092 from 06.05.2010, frequencies: 97.70 MHz-Chișinău; 104.7 MHz-Cahul and Balti 91.00 MHz-from "RADIO MEDIA GROUP Inc." S.r.l. "MEDIA CONTENT DISTRIBUTION", issuing the licence S.R.L. emission radio station broadcast programs about service serviceofficer land (broadcasting) FM "Maestro" (PRO-(8)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c., m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINO; CONS-(1)-o. GUŢUŢUI).
1.2. To approve the General Concept of service programs for radio station "Maestro FM" (PRO-(8)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c., m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINO; CONS-(1)-o. GUŢUŢUI), as follows: b. format of the principle and the structure of service programs. Format: domain, specifying the Theme: musical-fun B. 2. The structure of the programmes after source provenance (total hours of airtime a week-168) Programmes (broadcast): 32.7% native Made direct by the holder of the licence: 32.7% made by independent producers from Moldova: 0% Taken (coming) from another broadcaster in the Republic of Moldova 0% (with the nomination of the name service): (shows, movies) from (taken, acquired, retransmitted) from the emission of other broadcasters not under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova :                                      0%

AC series emission licence nr. 000092 from 06.05.2010, released "RADIO MEDIA GROUP Inc." S.r.l. for the radio station "Maestro FM", is declared null and void.
3. For the issue of licence, "MEDIA CONTENT DISTRIBUTION" S.R.L. shall pay a fee worth 325 pence.
4. The changes in question will be entered in the register of licensing.
5. Bank details relating to the fee for the issuance of licence: CCA Chisinau, Vlaicu Pircalab str., nr. 46 c/f: 1006601004024 Ministry of Finance-State Treasury Code IBAN: MD95TRPAAA142310A00348AA 6. Control over the execution of this decision, it shall exercise the authorisation and licensing Directorate and Service Economics, finance and accounting.
