The Parliament adopts this decision.
Art. I.-the Parliament Decision. 9/2015 approving the composition of the standing committees of the nominal Parliament (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 29-32, 32), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended as follows: 1. in annex No. 2 the heading "Chiril LUCINSCHI-parliamentary Fraction of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" shall be replaced with the heading: "JOHN Gregory-parliamentary Fraction of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova".
2. At Annex 4. 5 under the heading "CANON Gregory-the parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" shall be replaced with the heading: "Victor ROȘCA-parliamentary Fraction of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova".
3. in annex No. 8 the heading "ROȘCA Victor-the parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" shall be replaced with the heading: "BARBĂROȘIE Abd-parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova".
Art. II.-the Parliament decision #. 68/2015 on the composition of the Moldovan Parliament's delegations to international parliamentary organisations and bilateral parliamentary organisations (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 102-104, art. 176), as amended, is hereby amended as follows: 1. In article 1, section "Parliamentary Assembly GUAM", "LUCINSCHI Cyril-the parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" shall be substituted for the heading : "BARBĂROȘIE Abbey-The parliamentary Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova".
2. In article 2, section "Interparliamentary Cooperation Commission between Moldovan Parliament and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation", the entry "LUCINSCHI Cyril-the parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" shall be replaced with the heading: "BARBĂROȘIE Abd-parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova".
Art. III.-This decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
