In accordance with article 5. 2 (2). (10) of the State budget law for the year 2017 nr. 279 of 16 December 2016 (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 2016, 472-477, 943), the Central Election Commission has been allocated for the financing of political parties the sum of 40000.0 thousand lei, and under art. 27(2). (1) of law No. 294-XVI of 21 December 2007 on political parties, the amount of countervailable subsidies established shall be distributed as follows: 50% of)-political parties in proportion to the performance obtained in parliamentary elections;
b) 50%-of political parties in proportion to the performance obtained in local elections.
In order to execute. 27(2). (3) of law No. 294-XVI of 21 December 2007 concerning political parties, determine the amount of the monthly subsidy intended for the funding of political parties in proportion to the performance obtained by them in the election, as follows: (a) the amount of the monthly subsidy for) every valid vote expressed in the parliamentary elections of 30 November 2014 constitutes 1.1102592 lei, set amount according to the formula: (20,000,000.00 lei: 1501151 valid votes cast) : 12 months where 20,000,000.00 lei constitutes 50% of the amount of the allowance provided for the funding of political parties, in accordance with the law. 279 of 16 December 2016, and 1501151 represents the total number of valid votes cast for political parties and electoral blocs which have obtained performance in the parliamentary elections of 30 November 2014, according to the Central Election Commission decision nr. 3103 5 December 2014 "regarding election results summed up in the Moldovan Parliament on 30 November 2014", being excluded the number of valid votes obtained by the political party "the Communist Party Reformer"-and obtained 78716 candidates independents-18651;
(b) the amount of the monthly subsidy) for each valid vote expressed in local general elections of June 14, 2015 constitutes 0.4700385 lei, set amount according to the formula: (20,000,000.00 lei: 3545809 valid votes cast): 12 months where 20,000,000.00 lei constitutes 50% of the amount of the allowance provided for the funding of political parties, in accordance with the law. 279 of 16 December 2016, and 3545809 represents the total number of valid votes cast at the General local elections of 14 June 2015 (the election of Councillors, District Councillors, communes (communes), municipal mayors, in the first round) granted to political parties and electoral blocs, namely the candidates nominated by them, according to extracts of the minutes concerning the voting totals, drawn up by the electoral organs hierarchically inferior.
Starting from calculations carried out in accordance with article 9(1). 27(2). (1) and (2) of law No. 294-XVI of 21 December 2007 concerning political parties, art. 2 (2). (10) of the State budget law for the year 2017 nr. 279 of 16 December 2016, art. 18 paragraph 1. (2) and article 3. 22 paragraph 1. (2) (a). the electoral code) No. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 3103 5 December 2014 "regarding election results summed up in the Moldovan Parliament on 30 November 2014", sections 38 to 46 of the Regulation on the financing of the activity of political parties, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 4401 from 23 December 2015, Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. the amount of the subsidy shall be fixed monthly 1.1102592 lei for each valid vote expressed by political parties and granted electoral bloc in parliamentary elections on November 30, 2014.
2. Approves, in accordance with the annex. 1, the amount of monthly subsidies allocated to political parties and the electoral bloc of State budget for the year 2017, according to performance achieved in the parliamentary elections of 30 November 2014.
3. the amount of the subsidy shall be fixed monthly 0.4700385 lei per month for each valid vote granted political parties expressed and electoral blocs under the General local elections of 14 June 2015.
4. Approves, in accordance with the annex. 2, the amount of monthly subsidies allocated to political parties and electoral blocs from the State budget for the year 2017, according to performance achieved in local general elections of June 14, 2015.
5. The subsidies allocated by the State budget will be deposited in bank accounts specially opened for this purpose by the political parties, the information being presented to the Central Election Commission.
6. Subsidies from the State budget a transfer of political parties on a monthly basis.
7. this decision shall enter into force on the date of adoption shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
