In order to achieve. 17, 91 and 121 of the code of education of the Republic of Moldova nr. 152 of 17 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, nr. 319-324, art. 634), Minister of education shall deliver this order: 1. It approves models of studies in higher education in the Republic of Moldova, namely: a) post-graduate diploma of licence, series 2, attesting to the completion of higher education licence (cycle I), 240 transferable study credits and conferring the right to participate in the competition for admission to higher education or master's degree for employment on the labour market According to the qualification obtained, according to the annex. 1;
b) post-graduate diploma of licence, attesting to the completion of the ALII, higher education licence (cycle I), 180 programs of study credits transferable and shall confer the right to participate in the competition for admission to higher education or master's degree for employment on the labour market in accordance with the qualification obtained, according to the annex. 2;
c) Bachelor in medicine, integrated higher education (ISCED level 7) series, certifying the completion of the LMM graduate integrated and conferring the right to participate in the competition for admission to rezidențiat studies, enrollment in higher education and the labour market allows employment according to qualification obtained, according to the annex. (3);
d) Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, integrated higher education (ISCED level 7), LMF, evidence of the series completing higher education integrated and conferring the right to participate in the competition for admission to rezidențiat studies, enrollment in higher education and the labour market allows employment according to qualification obtained, according to the annex. (4);
e) post-graduate diploma integrated (bachelors and Masters), LMI evidence series completion of integrated higher education (undergraduate and graduate) in the areas covered by the rules of international law-veterinary medicine or architecture and conferring the right to participate in the competition for admission to doctoral studies or employment on the labour market in accordance with the qualification obtained, according to the annex. 5;
f) post-graduate diploma of master series MP, certifying completion of higher education (graduate studies), master's programs of professionalization, and confers the right to participate in the competition for admission to doctoral studies or employment on the labour market in accordance with the qualification obtained, according to the annex. 6;
g) post-graduate diploma of master series MS, attesting to the completion of higher education (graduate studies), master scientific programs, and giving the right to take part in the competition for admission to doctoral studies or employment on the labour market in accordance with the qualification obtained, according to the annex. 7.2. It studies documents series equate as follows: Series a) ALI (post-graduate Diploma of licence) with ALI (Undergraduate Degree, higher education);
Series b) OTHERS (post-graduate Diploma of licence) with Series ALII (licence Degree, higher education);
c) Series LMM (Bachelor in medicine, integrated higher education (ISCED level 7)) with ALM (Graduate Diploma, higher education integrated Studies (undergraduate-graduate studies-bachelors and Masters)), the general study Medicine;
d) Series LMF (Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, integrated higher education (ISCED level 7)) with ALM (Graduate Diploma, higher education integrated Studies (undergraduate-graduate studies-bachelors and Masters)), the general study Pharmacy;
Series e) LMI (integrated higher education degree (bachelors and Masters)) with the AMC Series (master's degree higher education integrated Studies (bachelors and masters));
f) Series (post-graduate Diploma of master) with the AMP Series (master's degree, higher education);
g) Series (post-graduate Diploma of master) with the AMC Series (master's degree, higher education).
3. This order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
