Enacted by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: short title 1. (1) this Act may be cited as the Fees Act (National Agriculture Training Council) (Confirmation) order 2009.


Confirmation and indemnity 2. (1) Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Act Fi 1951 [Act 209], fees imposed and collected by national agriculture Training Council in respect of any services provided for certification of the skills of foreign workers during the period from 25 January 2006 until 8 March 2007, the day before the date of commencement Order fees (foreign worker Skills Certification Service) (National Agriculture Training Council) order 2007 [P.U. (A) 99/2007] , shall be deemed to have been imposed and collected lawfully.

(2) no action or legal proceedings may be brought, instituted or maintained against the Government of Malaysia or the 6 laws of Malaysia ACT 697 any government officials or any person acting under it or any of them in respect of any fees imposed and collected during the period referred to in subsection (1), and if any action or proceeding of such laws was brought , instituted or maintained, it must be cancelled and void and no refund in respect of fees imposed and collected as provided for in this Act shall be made.
