Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 106 in 2017 of 28 February (pr. No 10 9. §) rules on vehicle categories that apply to purchases of specific requirements and vehicle operating cost calculation methodology Issued in accordance with the public procurement law in the second paragraph of article 54 and public service procurement law article 21, second part 1. down the road (hereinafter vehicle) categories that apply to purchases of public procurement Act and the public service provider procurement law specific requirements laid down in as well as this vehicle operating cost calculation methodology. 2. Central Statistical Bureau collects the data and each month until the tenth date submitted to the procurement monitoring Bureau.
