No 68 18) the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 December 2009 Regulation No 1643 of "procedures for granted and paid benefits guardian of child maintenance" Issued under the State social benefits law article 15, first subparagraph, and article 17, first and second subparagraphs 1. make Cabinet 22 December 2009 Regulation No 1643 of "procedures for granted and paid benefits guardian of child maintenance" (Latvian journal 206. No, 2009; 2010, no. 77; 2013, 148. No.) the amendments are as follows: 1.1.  make paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the amount of the benefit month is equal to the Cabinet a set minimum amount of maintenance for the child."; 1.2. to replace in paragraph 3, the words "where the child is granted a pension for survivors" with the words "where the child in the Republic of Latvia has been granted pensions for survivors, insurance compensation for survivors"; 1.3. make the second sentence by the following: "maintenance guarantee fund administration every week, inform the State social insurance agency of the decision taken in relation to the maintenance cost or cost."; 1.4. to make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. Starting from the next month after of the maintenance guarantee fund administration received information about maintenance costs, benefits will be reduced by the amount of maintenance paid. If the maintenance guarantee fund administration decided on the termination of maintenance costs, benefits are translated by the day by which the maintenance cost has been terminated.
