No; 2007, no. 3, 2009, 1., 2., no. 14; Latvian journal, 2009, nr. 196; 2010, no. 47, 205; 202. in 2011, no; 2012, 54, 108, no. 190; 2013, 142 no; 2014, 257. no; 2015, 127, 242. no; 2016, 100. No.) the following amendments: 1. in article 14: Add to paragraph 8, after the word "accreditation" by the words "including emergency accreditation and withdrawal of accreditation"; Add to paragraph 11, after the word "accreditation" by the words "including emergency accreditation and withdrawal of accreditation"; turn off 12.1 points, the words "public" and add a point with the words "including emergency assessment and evaluation for cancellation"; Add to 17 after the word "classes" with the words "and groups". 2. Add to article 20, paragraph 5 of the third part of the sentence the following wording: "the quality of the education service officer or the decision on the teacher's suspension from duties by the appeal shall not suspend the execution." 3. Article 27: adding to the article with the second and third subparagraphs by the following: "(2) If the activities of the education authority significant breaches of the law, the institution shall take a decision on the accreditation of education institutions, based on the educational institution's founder or the Ministry of education and Science initiative, may decide on emergency education institutions accreditation. Express 30.5 the second subparagraph as follows: "(2) on the basis of the teacher's professional quality assessment, the teacher will be assigned to one of three teacher's professional quality grades. They grant: 1) teacher's professional quality grade 1 – educational institution, in coordination with the local government, which is located in the administrative territory of the educational institution; 2) teacher's professional quality level 2 — municipal, which is located in the administrative territory of the educational institution, in coordination with the Ministry of education and science; 3) teacher's professional quality level 3 — the Ministry of education and science. " 8. Supplement article 50 paragraph 5 with the following: "5), a person released from the teacher's Office, if the laws at its disposal in the order found in non-compliance with article 30 of this law, in the fourth paragraph, article 48 in the fifth subparagraph, or article 51, first paragraph, the requirements set out in paragraph 2.1 and of employment termination date is not one year." 9.
