Appendix a Natura 2000 area of the administrative infrastructure of protection" issued under the European Union's structural and cohesion funds act 18 paragraph 10 of article i. General questions 1. determines the order in which the activities of the programme ' infrastructure and services ' Appendix 3.4. 25.2. the project proposal is submitted to the responsible authorities within the specified time limits;
25.3. the project application has been submitted according to the project application design requirements in accordance with the provisions of point 22 (annex 2);

25.4. the project application is fully completed (annex 1);
25.5. the project attached to the application, all listed in the annex under paragraph 23 of these rules (annex 2). 26. the eligibility criteria are the following: 26.1. is the land owner agreement administrative and the bench;
26.2. the information provided for in the draft marks meets the specially protected natural areas of protection and general terms of use;
26.3. for each Natura 2000 site, for the application of the project, has developed a conservation plan and intended actions comply with environmental protection plan;
26.4. the project submission complies with the purpose of the activity according to paragraph 2 of these regulations;
26.5. the project submission complies with activities eligible activities under paragraph 7 of these rules;
16.5. the project submission complies with activities eligible costs according to the provisions of paragraphs 9 and 10;
16.6. the project submission complies with activities not eligible costs under this provision, paragraph 11;

26.13. project budget includes costs are justified;
26.14. the project cash flow forecast is justified;
26.15. the indicative project procurement plan is based;
26.16. the project in the application reflect the implementation of the planned projects in the organisation chart and the planned human resources supports legislation in certain functions of the beneficiaries;
26.17. the project planned in the publicity and information dissemination activities comply with the laws and regulations on the European Regional Development Fund funded project publicity and information measures;
26.18. the applicant in the project – public authority, according to the specially protected natural areas for protection and general terms of use provide informative signs (preparation) and deployment. 27. quality criteria are as follows: 27.1. project readiness activities planned to start (the number of points – from zero to three points, must obtain at least two points);
27.2. the project risk assessment, including assessing the potential cost increase (number of points – from zero to three points, must obtain at least two points);
16.3. to create sustainable infrastructure use (number of points – from zero to three points, must obtain at least one;)
27.4. the project's contribution to the specially protected natural areas management plan implementation. Contribution shall be calculated as a percentage, in determining what proportion of the nature protection plan provided for administrative and informative stalls (in monetary terms) is intended to be fitted within the framework of the project (number of points – from zero to three points, must obtain at least one;)

35.3. the project application with the highest rating for this rule 27.5. criteria referred to in paragraph 1 below;
35.4. a project application with the highest rating for this rule 27.4. criteria referred to in paragraph below. 36. the head of the responsible authority shall take a decision on the application for the approval of the project, if it complies with those rules 25, 26, 27 and 28 the criteria referred to in paragraph 27 and the criteria referred to in paragraph overall rating of at least nine points. 37. The decision on the application of the project approval may include conditions that the project applicant must meet the deadline set in the decision, so that it could conclude an agreement: 37.1. specify information about the project the applicant (contact information and properties) (annex 1);
23.1. to clarify the documents submitted pursuant to paragraph 23 of these rules;
37.3. to clarify the changes in total amount and eligible costs the eligible costs under this provision, paragraph 9 and 10;

23.2. to clarify the changes in total amount of eligible costs and not eligible under this provision, paragraph 11;
37.5. specify the project time schedule according to the activities planned under this provision of paragraph 26.9;
23.4. to clarify the cash flow forecast according to 26.14. these provisions;
37.7. refine the project plan of the indicative procurement under this provision 26.15.;
to specify the project's application 23.5. the establishment of the planned project and the planned human resources security under this provision the 26.16.;
23.5. specify information about publicity measures under this provision. 26.17. 38. paragraph 37 of these regulations in the conditions laid down in the draft decision, the applicant shall set deadlines of the responsible authority, which may not exceed two months from the date of receipt of the decision. The time-limits laid down in this decision cannot be extended. 39.20 working days following this rule referred to in paragraph 38 of the expiration of the evaluation the Commission shall evaluate fulfilment of the decision on the application of the project approval with conditions, and the responsible authority shall draw up an opinion on the conditions contained in the decision. 40. If the applicant for the project conditions laid down in the decision is not complied with within the time limit set or the provisions referred to in paragraph 39 of the opinion is negative, the project application is considered to have been rejected. In the opinion of Justice controlled just like the decision, which contains the conditions for the control of this opinion is drawn up. VII. Procurement procedures, contract closing 42. The beneficiary shall ensure the preparation and submission of the report to the responsible authority in accordance with the procedure laid down in the agreement. IX. monitoring activities after project implementation Funding 51. beneficiary is directly responsible for project implementation and maintenance of results for at least five years after the implementation of the project. 52. The beneficiary for five years after the implementation of the project once a year in accordance with the provisions of annex 3 provides information on the responsible authority: 52.1. the results achieved under the project in compliance with project objectives set out in the application;
52.2. the framework of the project the project achieved the outcome and result indicators;
52.3. public information activities about the project results and benefits to society. 53.
