Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 872 in Riga in 2008 (October 21. 75. § 19) the procedures for administering and monitoring State aid granted under Commission of 20 December 2007 Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 of the EC Treaty and article 88 87. application of the de minimis aid in the agriculture sector of products Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5 the seventh subparagraph 1. establish procedures for administering and monitoring State aid (de minimis aid) granted under the Commission of 20 December 2007 Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 of the EC Treaty and article 88 87. application of the de minimis aid in the agriculture sector of the products (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007). 2. for de minimis aid, the applicant shall submit a support provider application of the de minimis aid (annex 1) (de minimis aid is granted under a Commission of 20 December 2007 Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 of the EC Treaty and article 88 87. application of the de minimis aid in the agriculture product industry (Official Journal of the European Union, 2007. on 21 December, no L 337)). The application shall specify the information about the year concerned and the two previous fiscal years of de minimis aid received, regardless of the type of aid or support provider. 3.
