Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 872 in Riga in 2008 (October 21. 75. § 19) the procedures for administering and monitoring State aid granted under Commission of 20 December 2007 Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 of the EC Treaty and article 88 87. application of the de minimis aid in the agriculture sector of products Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5 the seventh subparagraph 1. establish procedures for administering and monitoring State aid (de minimis aid) granted under the Commission of 20 December 2007 Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 of the EC Treaty and article 88 87. application of the de minimis aid in the agriculture sector of the products (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007). 2. for de minimis aid, the applicant shall submit a support provider application of the de minimis aid (annex 1) (de minimis aid is granted under a Commission of 20 December 2007 Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 of the EC Treaty and article 88 87. application of the de minimis aid in the agriculture product industry (Official Journal of the European Union, 2007. on 21 December, no L 337)). The application shall specify the information about the year concerned and the two previous fiscal years of de minimis aid received, regardless of the type of aid or support provider. 3. Support Provider supports the applicant determines the allowable amount of de minimis aid, do not exceed the Commission Regulation No 1535/2007 article 3 2 and 3 of the amount specified in point and, on the basis of the information submitted by the applicant in support of the above de minimis aid received, complete a new grant of de minimis aid form (annex 2) (the new de minimis aid is granted under a Commission of 20 December 2007 Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 of the EC Treaty and article 88 87. application of the de minimis aid in the agriculture sector (production of the European Official Journal of the Union, 2007 21 December, no L 337)). If the provider supports the new grant of de minimis aid records shall be prepared in paper form, to prepare in triplicate, one copy of which saves support provider, the other for the support of the applicant, but the third is sent to the field support service. 4. the rural support service record and compile information on Commission Regulation No 1535/2007 application. 5. the rural support service to assess whether the planned aid does not exceed the de minimis Commission Regulation No 1535/2007 article 3, paragraph 2 and 3 set out the permissible amount of de minimis aid. If this limit is exceeded, the rural support service accepts the decision and shall inform the donor that the de minimis aid can be granted in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation No 1535/2007. 6. If the service finds that the planned aid exceeds the de minimis Commission Regulation No 1535/2007 article 3, paragraph 2 and 3 set out in the de minimis amount, it shall inform in writing the support provider. Support laws on State aid modalities for agriculture within the Ministry of Agriculture shall be submitted for assessment in the project venom viduāl notification of aid exceeding the allowable amount of de minimis aid. 7. According to this provision If the conditions provided 5 the applicant is assigned a de minimis aid, support for the decision on the grant of de minimis aid indicates that the aid is granted under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007.8. Beneficiary accounts for the new grant of de minimis aid (annex 2) Save 10 years of de minimis aid received. 9. Support Provider records a new grant of de minimis aid (annex 2) and the applicant's record of support of de minimis aid received (annex 1) maintained for 10 years from the date of granting of the aid. 10.
