Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 945 Riga 2008. on 20 November (pr. 81. § 18) the rules on security certificate issuing, renewal and cancellation procedures and arrangements for payment of the State fee and the amount Issued in accordance with the law of security activities article 11 in the first, third and fifth part i. General provisions 1 the questions determines: 1.1. procedures for natural persons to be issued subject to security certificates and their extended period of validity;
1.2. the nullity of the order in which the security certificate;
1.3. the procedures and the extent to which the State fee payable for security activities qualification test sorting, the security certificate and the security certificate is issued after the expiry of the term extension. II. Security certificate and extension of the term of validity 2. A Person who wishes to receive a security certificate shall submit the qualification Commission submission (annex 1). The application shall state the person's name, social security number, residential address and telephone number. 5. the application shall be accompanied by the following: 5.1 a copy of the certificate of professional development training, which certifies that provision referred to in paragraph 3, the professional education programs;
5.2. a copy of the certificate of first aid training a hearing or medical education, a copy of the document, or the educational diploma and a copy of the statement of success, proving that the person has acquired the appropriate course in this educational institution;
5.3. one photo (3 x 4 cm), in which the person photographed is not older than three months ago;
5.4. State duty payment with a copy of the identity document. 6. Accepting the application, the Commission shall determine the qualifications of security activities culminating in a sort time not later than 20 days from the date of receipt of the application, inform the person and shall carry out the appropriate entry in the application log. If the application is received by mail or electronically to the Commission, within five working days after receipt of the application, provide written feedback on the test sort of place and time. 7. If the person that referred to in paragraph 6, the time arrives to sort burglar operating proficiency test notification must be submitted. 8. the qualification within the time specified by the Commission organizes security activities qualification test. Before the test the sort of qualifications the Commission shall verify the identity of the person, and the person shall produce the originals of the documents submitted. 9. the Commission shall evaluate the qualifications of the person's knowledge under the vocational training programme in accordance with the regulations approved by the Minister of the Interior. 10. If a person guarding activities qualifications test does not pass, it can sort reusable test qualification within the time specified by the Commission, not later than 20 days from the person's oral or written application is the date of receipt of the application. 22.3. the security certificate is issued after the expiry date of the youth – 10 lat long;
