12. Youth specialist is responsible for the development of their professional skills, learning one or more youth specialist training snap-ins (add-in) in total 36 academic hours within a period of three calendar years.
13. Snap-in in the development of training programmes, including the implementation of one or more separate this provision contained in annex 1. Snap-in is less than eight academic hours. Snap-ins include theoretical lessons in the content (no more than 70% of the total volume of the lesson) and practice. Snap-in line with the Ministry.
